- 59 - The hydraulic units have been designed to power all of the LIBERVIT BLUEline tools. Decommissioning: cutters, spreaders, tube-crushers, pushing or pulling jacks. The range offers models going from a 0.75 to 4W power. Some models can feed 2 tools simultaneously (check the specification’ table). The T400M hydraulic power units work in a “double effect” mode: the opening and closing of the tools is alternately controlled by a twin line hydraulic hose connected to the power unitby high pressure couplings. The hose length can go up to 50m maximum. The hydraulic fluid used to feed the tools is mineral oil. Different grades are available to match the constrains and use conditions of the tool. The tools can be controlled by: - The tool’s doublecommandconnected to thepower unit viaaelectriccable (H07 RN-F). - A wired command box connected to the power unit by a Harting coupling on the electric box (see picture). The tube frame is made of 304 stainless steel to better resist corrosion. It has 4 Ø70mm caoutchouc wheels. It can also be fitted with lifting rings on the superior part to be moved by a crane or a lifting bridge. The T400M design is such that only a minimum maintenance is required to guarantee your equipment complete availability.
