- 65 - The hydraulic manual pump PMD2810 is an economical alternative to the hydraulic power unit. It can also power all of the LIBERVIT BLUEline tools. An ideal solution when the conditions are not suitable for a hydraulic power unit (explosive atmosphere, difficult access etc.,) as it is lighter and more compact. The manual pump has a two stages functioning: first, a fast approach discharge up to 20bar then automatically switches to a slower one, a work discharge, to limit the effort on the pump lever. The PMD2810 manual pump works in a “double effect” mode to alternately controlled the tools’ opening and closing. The tools’ feed is controlled by a twin line hydraulic hose connected to the power unit by high pressure couplings. The hose length can go up to 25m maximum. Mineral oil, Glycol mono-ethylene 5MEG), or demineralized water can be used to feed the pump but the adaptation needs to be done in our premises.
