- 9 - With the TI/D hydraulic cutters’ series it is possible to cut through different profiles such as tube, sheet, angle, etc. without generating any hot point. The cutting system has 3 blades: 1 mobile powered by a hydraulic jack crossing 2 fixed blades joined to the cutter’s body. This gives a better stability during the cutting process. To smoothly and progressively cut, the fixed blades are joined at the top by a punch, in series on all our TI/D cutters. To crush tubes and secure any residual fluid, simply replace the mobile blade by a beater type tool. This can be done manually or via remote operation. The TI/D cutters are powered by a LIBERVIT BLUEline hydraulic power unit or by a manual pump (see PMD2810 model). A 50 meter double hydraulic hose connect the tool to the power unit or a 25 meter one for a manual pump. The TI/D cutters can be adapted to any of the users’ need: eye-bolt for lifting, interfaces to adapt remote operation’s arms, special cutting blades, treatment to use in a pool.. interchangeable beater to crush before cutting optional, remote operation coupling each tool has its own serial number HYDRAULIC CUTTERS : TI/D series
